Gift Hamper Delivery Terms Singapore

We provide same-day hamper delivery in Singapore for orders placed before 11:00 AM daily, subject to delivery slot availability. Every hamper is carefully prepared to ensure freshness, presentation, and quality upon arrival.

Deliveries will be completed within your selected time slot. For standard delivery, exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to route planning and order volume. For a guaranteed specific time window (e.g. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM), a $20 additional delivery fee applies.

Same-Day Hamper Delivery Coverage Singapore

We offer free islandwide delivery across Singapore, with exceptions for restricted or controlled-access locations such as Sentosa, Tuas, military camps, Jewel Changi Airport, and similar areas.

Unsuccessful Delivery Policy

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your hamper at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable, our courier may place the item at a safe location such as the doorstep or with a nearby contact (where applicable).

A $15 re-delivery fee will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Order Amendments & Cancellation Policy

For any changes to delivery details, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery to qualify for a full refund. Orders cancelled after this period may not be refundable due to preparation and perishable items.
